We collect personal information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, DBS certificates, photographs, and booking history. We also collect session check-in location data for verification purposes.
Your data is used to facilitate companionship bookings, verify companion identity and DBS status, process payments, and ensure the safety of all users.
We share limited personal data between matched clients and companions only after a booking is confirmed and paid. Client addresses and phone numbers are shared with the confirmed companion only. Companion phone numbers and first names are shared with clients only.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@bemycompanion.com.
