These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BeMyCompanion platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BeMyCompanion is a sole trader operating from Glasgow, G20 8ND. We provide a platform connecting clients with vetted companions for social visits. We facilitate the introduction between clients and companions but are not a party to the service agreement between them.
All bookings must be made through the BeMyCompanion platform. Private arrangements between clients and companions are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Breach may result in immediate account suspension and a penalty fee of £1,000.
Companions who cancel confirmed bookings less than 24 hours before the session will incur a Trust Score penalty. Three or more cancellations in a calendar month will result in automatic account suspension pending admin review.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Clients are charged at the time of booking. Companion payouts are processed according to the agreed schedule.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose a safety risk, or engage in fraudulent activity.
